Pros
Plenty of C-Suite positions. Health benefits are decent. At least in Engineering, there is some attempt to communicate with the individual contributors. Some of the eDiscovery greats are working here. There seems to be a genuine interest in incorporating acquired employees.
Cons
Remote employees feel like second-class citizens. Zoom audience is treated like an afterthought when the presentation includes in-office people. Almost nonexistent communication from exec team. Health insurance is actually decent. Told to "ask your [equally uninformed] manager" when asking questions execs should be answering. Their motto or slogan or whatever is unironically "Do your job", because this motivates the worker. Many people lost unlimited/discretionary PTO - your benefits are not safe if you're acquired by this business. When the CEO speaks to the ICs, his lack of care and interest is palpable.
