Pros

Inspiring place to work: people are driven by the mission and genuinely want to contribute to fighting climate change Talented team: people are highly experienced, intelligent and driven which makes Revalue an excellent place to work if you want to learn from the best and constantly challenge yourself Innovative: Revalue ideas and models are at the forefront of the industry and we're constantly striving to do better Autonomy and flexibility: I feel trusted to do my job which allows for a certain level of flexibility day-to-day Leadership: Strong and diverse leadership team who aren't afraid to challenge one another and allow 'regular' employees to participate in debates. Leadership are excellent communicators.

Cons

Industry volatility: The industry is relatively nascent and quite volatile, so there is not much stability in the job / company Hard work: Not personally a con, but the work is hard (you have to really be up for a challenge!) and can at times be long - Revalue is not suitable for people who want an easy job and standard 9-5.

Pros

- Dynamic, mission driven place to work with a lot of passionate people invested in what we are trying to achieve. It's exciting to be part of something making a difference and impact. - Some of the best in their field working here. - You are trusted to get on with the job like an adult/ No micromanagement. - Flexibility on working styles/hours (as long as you deliver). - Fully remote (with option to work from London Co-Working space). - No two days are ever the same (I love this about it). - Opportunity to get involved in different work streams. - CEO easily accessible/no hierarchal feeling.

Cons

Not personally cons for me, but for others: - It is a high performance culture, there's no coasting here, everyone is working at the top of their game to make things happen. If you like an easy life, this is not for you. - Days/hours can be long when we are pushing NCTs/target - Salaries are lower than corporate environments but they do offer share options as an incentive. - It is a start-up so there can be lots of ambiguity and frequent changes in priorities. If you like a routine or struggle with change you won't do well here. - Again, it's is a start up, so there is a certain element of risk that needs to be weighed by each individual. - Being remote, if you are not near London and like to be with people, you may struggle.
