      You can learn more work and you can get chance to develop your existing skills or new skills Who started career from fresher's they will really get beneficial towards their professional career I have spent 3.8 years in this so I have got beautiful moments , good friend's and good supportive Managers loved it.

      There is cons if you love to do work then work will be easy or if you feel difficult or something to do work it will be con.
