Pros

Dogs running around and free food

Cons

EVERYTHING. You will have no life. Upper management blames EVERYTHING on you. Even things you had no control over, literally. This place is an absolute mess and you will be working at least 12 hour days making pennies. Forget about getting a side job or weekend job, it is frowned upon. Empty promises - you will not be promoted.

Pros

Invests in growing their people: ie, AI tools are at everyone's' fingertips, plus, senior leadership takes time weekly to train people on what's coming next, since it evolves by the minute. A working managers model: the agency is not bloated with too many layers giving more decision-making power at the manager level - which makes great sense for the ones "in the thick of it" . Have an idea? Say it. The agency thrives on people supporting each others ideas and helping make them happen. Ask some at RevHealthers about What Matters and you'll see. Can't be the location, the town of Morristown NJ

Cons

The evolution/recreation has been underway for 2 years, and its still not 100% there. Its scrappy, so not for everyone Communication from leadership can evolve beyond monthly Town Hall Meetings - town halls are a great add since the new leadership stepped in, but, need to ensure the smaller conversations from leadership proactively happen more 1:1

Pros

RevHealth is going through a transformation that began in 2024 and continues to today. A lot of progress has been made and there's still more to do. It is an environment where you can exercise your talents and not be lost in a sea of high-turnover staff. Growth targets are aggressive but attainable. More flexibility than most agencies in terms of remote/hybrid arrangements. Benefits and compensation is competitive.

Cons

With new leadership and a bunch of fresh talent, the agency culture is still defining itself - but headed in a positive direction. Employee diversity needs improvement.
