Pros

Vacation, makeup time, food days

Cons

This company is ran like a cheerleading squad. This is the real life version of Mean Girls, they wear pink on Wednesdays. Persons in supervisor/lead positions are undoubtedly both immature and unprofessional. Making derogatory remarks about employees in very public areas of the office, causing a very hostile work environment and bullying "weaker" employees are a few of the high points of this company. Employee turnover is through the roof. Raises are obsolete and employees are instead compensated with snack size bags of gold fish and Cheetos. Advancement is impossible without lowering yourself to the level of those in lead positions. Working as a team is highly impossible when looking to your fellow co-workers for assistance is frowned upon and punished. i would not recommend this company as a prospect in any job search no matter how desperate you are.

Pros

I can only really say one thing positive and that was being able to be remote. Working from home was the only reason I really even applied and some experience as well & finding something else.

Cons

Almost everything. I should've known the outcome with this company when I applied for the position got an interview and the second time I got the interview basically answering the same questions over and over. I think it's really like high school. If you don't make them smile or laugh, YOU CAN'T SIT WITH US!! I felt really betrayed by this company. My friend has prostate cancer and I was the only person to be there for him in his time of need. When I let them know about that they quickly called me and told me it's up to me if I want to miss work or let him figure out who to get him from a massive surgery. It broke my heart. On top of that, I was working on modules and took headset and turned camera off. They immediately went in the system and shut my computer off because I couldn't hear them calling my name so I can concentrate on the work itself. I was let go that day as well. I tried reaching out to management and HR but they left me hanging. They did not care about me or to talk to me after they signed me out of everything in the middle of training. SMH!!! They made sure to send a box to send their equipment back though lol. Really messed up company to work for...
