      Pros

      You get to choose which jobs you take meaning that you can grow at your own rate. If you get into plus, there are more than 100 jobs for 12 hours.

      Cons

      It's not really a con, just part of the job, but the standard is high. The pay is sometimes on the lower side, but if you work fast and well, you can earn enough money.
