Pros
Plenty of jobs each day to choose from. If you start working on one and find it too difficult you can return it within 30 minutes without penalty. A great work from home or anywhere gig! Set your own hours and work as much or as little as you want.
Cons
Graders can be very strict. Make sure you complete a file even if past due or you will not be paid. I spent 12 hours on a file and missed the last 4 minutes because it was just idle chatter that felt irrelevant and I didn't get paid a penny for all the hours I did transcribe. It was a hard lesson learned! Follow the guidelines and standards closely and you should be fine. Very little room for error.
