Pros
- The MD's do care and look after talent. I started a graduate and progressed through 4 levels of promotions. - I would class the MD's as incredibly strong mentors and always willing to go the extra mile to support your personal and professional growth. - It's not a business, or industry, where you can just sit back. If you work hard, for yourself if no-one else, you shall have a great career and learn some excellent life skills (neg, new business, working in a sales environment) - I would like to think that everyone does get a say in how the business is run. I've never felt like I was not listened to or not supported - Coming into the firm as a graduate, I never thought you could earn/ gain confidence in such a short period of time. I will be forever grateful for what the team have done for me.
Cons
- We've maybe not grown as fast as we would have liked but are now in an excellent position, post the grasp of COVID, where less headcount is billing more than pre COVID (quality over quantity). We need driven, bright and entrepreneurial people
