They have hired A+ employees to execute growth in the coming years. The company promotes teamwork and has high regard for family and recreation after work in order to promote a work/life balance. They allow employees to bring their little dog to work which promotes a family like work atmosphere in the office. The management team promotes communication by holding a weekly touch base meeting where all groups share what they have been working on the past week and what their accomplishments have been.
