Very supportive management team and company.

Unpredictable assignments at various times.

The level of freedom, you only speak to the HQ a few times a week via slack and zoom.

There aren't any. They don't live up to their promises. Their communication is horrible. No one is ever on the same page. They hire and fire too much with NO proper training. I was trained on Facetime with people who were fired within a week. They had no structure. The higher ups have no respect for the forefront of the company. They don't give their emplyees the pay or recognition they deserve. The job titles are inaccurate and the pay doesn't amount to the work. There is no such thing as a schedule. I've had to work full days on my off days with no pay. No over time no matter how many hours you put in.
