Toxic, bullying, destructive environment if your face didn't fit. I was employed for my experience and demeanour, but that meant nothing as soon as any mistakes were made. I was rounded on and made to feel stupid and a waste of space. My manager was bullied by senior management to treat me in a way that went against her style. She was told she had to be tougher. Despite my mental fragility I was treated appallingly. I made to feel useless and pathetic. I was bullied into revealing medical information that was then used against me. My mental health was left in tatters after my experience with Rettie. I have never worked anywhere with such a bully boy culture.
