I was initially very scared to start here when I first saw all these Glassdoor reviews, but I was blown away when I actually started. In the short time I have been here I have already received a raise. Both Jacqueline and Josh have been absolutely wonderful and have actively been making strides to transform this company from the ground up. They actually care about employee development and actively encourage training. To anyone looking at the negative reviews, I promise it is changing.
Cons
It is a little bit of a nuthouse when it comes to process and procedure, but that is changing day by day. Workload is pretty high too, but that will also change.
