- black workers treated badly - no matter how good of a software engineer you are, they give you all the "wack" and small projects. - Low pay! - The values of company are only theoretical, not practiced. - You are expected to work fast and hard for peanuts - There is a lot of exclusion, especially if your skin color is brown.
