The office is newly renovated, the building has a cafeteria, free shuttles to the office from White Plains station for commuters, as well as a gym and other amenities. The company offers competitive benefits and compensation, free dental and vision (for employee only), medical with a more than fair contribution from the employer and a small contribution from the employee. 401k enrollment as well. The office environment is super friendly and everyone is kind and welcoming. The team works hard but plays hard, too. It's a great place to work. It's a successful and growing company.

I suppose if you're allergic to dogs, the owner's super cute dog can be seen padding through the halls. He's a certified support animal though so he never barks, is friendly, and stays out of the way. I would also wager that someone who wants strict structure might feel out of place here.

1) Training was not thorough. During training, I was supposed to have a headset where I could listen in on conversations by both the trainer and the potential client, but was not given one. Instead, I only heard the responses- and had to guess- the tone of the client and their dialogue. 2) I was told that I would be informed about how things were going for the company (i.e. layoffs, etc.), which would translate to my position. However, I was caught off guard when I was fired after a week and a half of working- no warning.
