Whenever you have too many people that have gone native the entire company sometimes think of the way things have always been done.

It's difficult to come up with any real 'pros'. For the effort the job required, the pay was okay. Benefits did improve but were expensive, especially for dependent coverage.

Absentee and completely disengaged upper management. Employees generally disrespected. Management would rather wholesale hire off the street than retrain and retain top flight employees. Several code of conduct policies ridiculous and inane. 'Doing the work right' was rarely a concern. Client base could be counted on one hand.
