- Great senior leadership - the best HR team I have come across - in the last year this team has just stepped up so much and is seen as such an integral part of the business - the Finance team are awesome too

- so much work to do and so little time - trying to do alot all at the same time

- - Very responsive executive and senior leadership team who really care about residents and staff - The new HR team is really progressive and has changed my whole view of what HR as a function can do

- Maybe decision making at times could be quicker - So much to do but limited budget and resourcing is fairly tightly controlled
