I applied for the position of Strategy Implementation Director with Retinue earlier this year which was recommended by a colleague. I was interviewed in the same week I submitted my CV by the Delivery Director and Transformation Director. I was made to feel welcome and at ease from the start. The interview was well structured and gave me the opportunity to talk through my career history and ask questions throughout the process. I was offered a second interview a few days later keeping the process simple and quick this was with the CEO and COO of the company and again was well structured. I was offered the position a couple of days later which I accepted. The on boarding process was easy. I was sent a link to complete with my contract attached. Information about the company was made available. Standard process of providing current RTW status was followed. Day one of joining the company I was provided with a full presentation of the business and current organisation structure. Relevant introduction meetings were made available with management around the business who welcomed me to the team. I was also given a full induction to the business and all senior managers and introduced to the nGAGE group. Retinue is a great place to work and encourages everyone to have an open mind and feel they can be heard with new ideas and suggestions. Retinue has great benefits which were full explained at induction from cycle to work, gym memberships, mindfulness and wellbeing apps.

Non the process was easy and welcoming.
