Pros
The company culture really makes Retina a great place to work, grow, and learn. The people are so friendly and welcoming and the culture is casual, laidback and supportive in a very natural and authentic way. Even though we're working with some super intelligent and accomplished folks, egos are low and people , even top leadership are super open to challenging ideas and having open dialogue. The work is exciting and impactful, really getting to take on challenging and meaningful projects to grow.
Cons
It is definitely an early-stage startup, so there are areas where process, standardization, and documentation are lacking. You will also wear many hats in your role. This certainly may be a con for some folks, but it is also an exciting opportunity to drive high impact and help set foundations for the organization, depends on the person.
