-Management is deeply involved with the team and makes sure you have the tools necessary to do your job successfully -My work is important and challenging in a way that both contributes to my professional growth and gives me pride in being an integral part of the team -I am surrounded by talented, brilliant team members that provide support and accountability, not to mention are just great to be around -Company culture is superb. I am excited to come to work each day and love having the opportunity to partake in activities outside of work with the team

As with most start-ups, you wear many different hats which can seem daunting for some. For me it's an exciting part of the experience!
