      Pros

      Since the time of joining company has covered all the major expenses, including travel, food & accommodation. In Chennai, they didn't gave many projects to work on but post relocation to onsite I got many opportunities to work. As a startup sometimes there has been some ups & down in my journey but overall management & colleagues has been supportive.

      Cons

      No cons as such, but they expect you to be punctual & a person who can adhere to policies & procedures

      * Where you get opportunity to grow * You will get everything for your work & Amazing work culture *There is no microManagement *Good work will get you appreciated *Perks, rewards, promotions, and appraisals will be proactively extended to you *You get Accommodation , Food Expenses and Cab allowance ( For only certain positions and working area )

      * Six days work *A clearer, formalized hierarchy would further enhance efficiency and career pathing *No benefits for Day Scholar *No Work from home options
