Major philanthropy/grant sector player with opportunities to participate in large government and privately funded initiatives and work with inspiring organisations and charity leaders. Remote working if you live far from a city or like to work from home. High turnover means there is always an opportunity to move around organisation.
Cons
Struggling to grow in a sustainable way. Salary levels don't reflect talent in teams. Overburdened teams, never-ending deadlines and lots of burnout and staff absences. High turnover at all levels except executive team to present day.
