They claim you’ll do the best work of your career here - which is true. But they will underpay you by saying you should feel lucky to even be there, and there is definitely jerks there even tho they claim “they don’t hire assholes”

- favouritism - underpay - cult like culture - need to “kiss the ring” to climb the ladder
