Pros
The software developers here are highly talented and experienced, and I learned a great deal from working alongside them. While some of the technology stack is a bit outdated, management is actively investing in modernization and genuinely encourages team members who want to drive those changes.
I personally had a great experience working at this company. I was encouraged to take ownership and lead initiatives to improve and transform technical processes within the application. The company also invested in my growth by sponsoring fully paid trips to tech conferences in places like Las Vegas and Washington, DC, where I had the opportunity to connect with and learn from experienced developers across the industry.
The projects I worked on here played a significant role in opening up new career opportunities for me, and I’m very grateful for that exposure and experience.

The tech team would benefit from hiring additional engineers and continuing to invest more aggressively in adopting newer technologies and modern development methodologies to support the application’s growth.
