Pros
Nothing , Only CEO is full-time employee , rest are just part-time . overall there are just 5-6 employees. They hire intern to get their work done , that too without pay.
Cons
Outdated software , lots of micromanagement . No pay for intern. CEO don't pay to their employee . You will end up doing bad work. They basically work for employee retention whereas they find it difficult to retain their own employee.
