It's easy to tell when good people run a company my because you feel things are fare, things work and when they don't someone raises their hand and management listens.
Cons
Recently aquired by a bigger company that was also recently aquired by a bigger company(90k plus employees). Some things are changing but it's too soon to tell if Retargetly can maintain its roots.
