      Good company to work for Good benefits - medical, dental and 401K Nice and helpful colleagues

      Cons

      Lack of management direction and support Buggy software, Poor software quality control, version control Do not keep up their promise. Offered a project management position, but expected to work as an application consultant Lack of formal and structured training on the products leads to inconsistent application consulting by consultants. Join this company if you want an entry into retail market software consulting experience. I have seen customers who have bought their software don't have much choices since each implementation is highly customized.

      Israelis run the show - my way or highway. Can't understand why NCR hasn't taken the reigns. Weird work ethics - "F" bombs are common in everyday language in a white collar job. If your boss is Israeli, all I can say is - get the hell out of here. They will favor their kind so shamelessly and run all over you. On top of it, lots of people with no degree and experiences like store clerks/cashiers athe numbers- made to be Directors and Principals. beware of their 'professionalism'!! Only emphasis is achieve Targets. Management will clearly tell you they are not interested in growing your career or investing in your learning. What amazes me is the shameless attitude by big bosses. If you are in Supply Chain Management (GEMS) and you are the kind who is a true professional, watches what he says, and does work honestly- you are the worst match for this place. Do yourself a favor and start looking elsewhere.
