Management is family like and supports in all the decisions and gives us freedom to work
U own ur roles and responsibilities and dont work for ur salary but work for the amount of trust and freedom management gives to u to be ur own boss.
Cons
There is a lot on the plate, if you are someone who works basis a plan and want a 9 to 5 job this is not ur cup of tea, u need to own what you do and that way ur never going to be able to make a balance.
Doesnt mean the balance is zero its absolutely perfect u just need to find a way out.
There is a lot of disparity in compensation of same roles across regions, would love to standardise it and create a equal level of platform for all.
