      Pros

      They are fun loving and very friendly. They are willing to share their experiences and give guidance to not only career wise but also personally. The company is willing to try new areas and take risks. It was an enriching experience for me as I was able to learn a lot of things during my days.

      Cons

      Things can get tough at times with the many tasks and tight schedule, hence time management is crucial

      Pros

      They are a friendly group of people. Very flexible about personal needs. There is no micromanaging going on. Given that it is in RWC it has a good spot, walk to pretty much everything you need.

      Cons

      The company overall lacks direction. Whatever direction they pursue ends up changing shortly after. They are not in the right mindset to make the company profitable any time soon. Feels like the work you do is being thrown away.
