Pros
The concept of this company is a great one. It was created to help store owners take full control of their stores and actually turn a profit. Being able to say you work for a company that actually can deliver on that promise is a positive. Throughout everyday you just don't know the interesting personalities you will encounter when working with them on support. And personally I enjoy a steady workflow, so that was a benefit from my point-of-view.
Cons
When I entered into this company I was promised so many things, and yet the promises always seemed to vanish before your very eyes. I was offered a fair wage based on my experience and travel distance, but was constantly reminded that I was paid twice as much as the rest of the employees so I had to work at least twice as much. The leadership in this company was lacking across the board. The owner was completely disconnected from the needs of the company, and would rather not be connected. The final negative (that I will mention), was that I placed a fair resignation notice in with this company on a Thursday, but over the weekend received a text saying I have been released from the company. Apparently they didn't care for me, but just for my final paperwork on that Friday.
