No pros , they have few loyal employees in senior management starts from assistant general manager level , they are the one who is taking all benefits by making owners fool, no management at all and if you are hard working you will be pushed to your limits , join to ruin your career.
Cons
Complete fraud company , you will get nothing except tremendous pressure and bad behaviours by senior employees.
