Pros
Good if you are committed and want to build your career. Get paid on time every month,. Many projects and lot of onsite opportunities. Best if you are a fresher.
Cons
There are some cheater employees like the one that wrote the review with title "Dont dare to join". These are the people that negotiate for a higher salary by giving commitment to stay for a another year or completion of the project but resign one or two months after taking the hiked salary. Basically take the increased salary slip and bargain elsewhere for even more higher salary. Yes management will not tolerate such cheaters and will not relieve them until they serve the committed period. I
