The major pro is that when you leave RHR you realise that the world of work isnt actually that bad!
Cons
The MD is the main issue - hierarcal, chauvanistic and patronising to what has always been a very talented work force. Once you leave, however, this gets 100 times worse as he has been known for harassing and abusing ex-staff for leaving. The company is sinking and with the MD control issues having scared off most of the senior directors - this place is in trouble. Their outdated processes and style is being exposed as many of their competitors are fairing much better. On top of all of that, the office is based in an underground basement of a house in Little Venice... There are loads of recruitment companies out there that will give you a better experience than RHR.
