*Frill free environment, no bells and whistles, if you like that kind of thing *Request only employee reviews, if you like that kind of thing *Small staff can sometimes overload teams or individuals, or even management

Was able to work from home when covid hit, Salary started off fair, Team building became a thing in 2022. Employees were good.

No expense reimbursement for working from home, raises were slim and just a bit more than the cost of living didn't get a review that I was due in 2020 and had to request one in 2021. Stressful, and lots of pressure on the coordinators, when projects don't launch. No severance when laid off, not a ton of holidays.
