- Culture and people are generally good - Benefits are decent - Dogs are allowed in the office

- Revenue is top priority, even if it means unrealistic goals for the sales team, price gouging, unannounced price changes, and hidden fees for the customer. Recent changes in RCS Leadership have resulted in a shift from prioritizing customer success, to an emphasis on recurring revenue (even if it means inconveniencing the customer) - Low compensation for the industry - High turnover - Zero performance feedback, unless its behind your back
