Pros
Each individual receives a hugely valuable level of investment; senior leadership act with integrity; culture is both compassionate and fun. A uniquely balanced and brilliant place to work.
Cons
Flexible oworking (location, hours) were limited but appreciate this has changed recently with more growth.

What an amazing team, from coaches all the way to top level.
Working for a cause you believe in is one thing, but do to do it alongside colleagues who genuinely become mates is another.
Cons
It is the charity sector so salaries are never going to compete with the private, but they are still fine.
