Pros
Good benefits and lots of OT
Cons
Not consistent and employees receive belated reviews leading to belated promotions and raises. When I left the company they were having a hard time hiring graveyard employees (my shift) and were not drug testing new employees. Also, I was lucky to be trained by a knowledgeable employee however most were not as lucky and when I worked with them during overnight shifts they were very unprofessional. There were a lot of nights I was the only female employee in a house of 10+ men which was never a problem unless I had an intake and no back up from another male employee. Very disorganized. Once there was a couple who moved into an all male house whose laundry stayed undone in the BHT office for a week because day shift refused to do it and other graveyard shifts also refused to do it. These clients didn't have access to their full wardrobe for over a week until I informed management. Also, clients were able to easily sneak in contraband due to incomplete searches or order alcohol when negligent employees were on the clock.
