      Pros

      Resume Target was a great first employer out of school. I learned many skills and improved existing ones there.The employers are young, technically savvy, and very driven. I also couldn't have asked for better people to work with; the environment is very casual and friendly. You don't find too many places where everyone gets along. There's plenty of room and potential for challenging roles but the company is small enough that you can enjoy the benefit of wearing different hats, which is good for those who get bored easy. The downtown location is a great plus also.

      Cons

      Understaffed, which can lead to overwhelming workloads when things get really busy.
