Restore Therapy Services

Is this your company?

Restore Therapy is a good company to work for, but as all other employers, they have glitches. - Occupational Therapist Restore Therapy Services Employee Review

Pros

Restore Therapy contract facilities are located mostly in rural areas, therefore, compensatory packages are favorably negotiable. Flexibility is also at the therapists best interest. If geriatrics is your fote', then Restore is definitely a good choice. Also, the corporate ladder is not impossible to climb if you're one who favors the management role as opposed to the treating world.

Cons

Scaricity of employees!! Being that Restore facilities are located in rural areas, people are less likely to choose them for their place of employment. As a result, the workload can be overwhelming at times, and cause stress, rushed treatment planning (not most effective), and burnout/fatigue. Also, finding coverage when you need time off seems almost impossible at times.
