Hostile work environment - Anonymous employee Restore Hope Employee Review

If you want to work in hell, I suggest this place. I was treated so poorly I became severely depressed. I was constantly micromanaged, having my browsing history constantly reviewed, told I did not staple correctly, asked what I did on my personal time when I requested a long lunch, and asked to specifically record every activity I did in increments of 15 minutes. Was asked to complete tasks that had nothing to do with the operations of the company. Was often ignored or sent an e-mail in the same room instead of having a face-to-face conversation. If you make a mistake, a grudge will be held forever.
