      Pros

      Technology is the best out there. With the exception of executive staff, hardest working people in the industry.

      Cons

      Leadership is the worst, the absolute worst. Very high employment turn over that has not improved business or company culture. The new/current CEO will be the demise of the company. He is harsh, rude, stuck in 1990's mentality (pre human resources) and begging to be the center of many lawsuits. Does not see the good in anything employees do. Many employees complaining about hostile working conditions. It would appear that the CEO has the BOD thinking he is an asset.

      Pros

      Super cool technology and friendly colleagues. Good benefit package.

      Cons

      The management is dysfunctional. Lots of politics for such a small company. The biggest issue by far is the fact that people have been promoted to positions not because of their managerial abilities but because of their seniority. There is a big disconnect between the management and the rest of the company. The CEO is absolutely rude and self-centered and based on my humble opinion is not effective as a CEO. He is only focused on marketing because that's all he knows. Lots of micromanagement at every level, which defeats the point of hiring professionals.
