I believe this company saw some growth, and then began to push for more, and more, until they were over staffed and began needing to make unfortunate decisions. The once healthy workplace began to fall into something different I can only say was the same old corporate nonsense as other companies. If there is a right way to do that it’s not the way they handled it. Kind of sad really.
