Ownership. Owner should not be hands on. She has the personality of Poison Ivy. She’s fine UNTIL you make a mistake and get on her bad side. And don’t get me wrong, you WILL get on her bad side it’s just a matter of when. Company is busier than they can handle. Desperately need more staff. Also need to be more understanding of work life balance.
