Pros
There were some truly kind, hard-working people at the company who did their best every day with the dumpster fire they were stuck with.
Cons
* The CEO is entirely incompetent and can't handle hearing anything but the most sugar-coated information from his exec team. I spent more time massaging the language I was using in presentations for him than actually executing on my initiatives. * The FP&A practices are alarming. The company is unable to follow even the most basic best practices for things like closing the books. Their billing systems are broken, and customers regularly have to contact support to resolve the constant billing problems. * This is not actually a tech company. It's a Frankenstein monster of half-built in-house platforms and tools, duct-taped together with products acquired via M&A, and with no integration management and no functioning data infrastructure. * This company is smoke and mirrors and I got out as soon as I could. This is not a place you want to work. They also pay on the very low end.
