The residents and house staff are wonderful
Cons
Administration wants to dictate every aspect of company. Always pressuring to assess patients for admission but does not respect nursing judgement or safety concerns. Constant turnover of staff so low resident to house staff ratios. Nursing staff is pressured to sign off DSP staff as soon as possible during orientation so they can work independently, even if it means cutting corners and shortening orientation. The priority is filling beds and making money, even if it is not a safe situation. Work life balance for full time employees is terrible.
