Pros
Do not have to work hard as management buries their head in their office worrying about their own life. Can get away with bare minimum which staff does. Free lunch sometimes.
Cons
Unethical, they sell clients Office 365 licensing they do not need to make more money and they know it. They store customers documentation in plain text in word documents which is unsecure! Was told racists jokes from upper management.
