      + The mission of the business is not just 'nice talking point' in what RESPONSIBLE do, it is genuinely the focus and informs everything that's done. + Flat hierarchy and open access to all team members + Clarity in all things is the goal

      Cons

      All of the usual start-up 'issues' that you either love or loathe, but as such an early stage they're multiplied, which means it may not be the right business for you.
