Pros

-Ability to work from home is nice - If you work nights you do have the ability to make some solid good money, but you have to motivate yourself to take the calls

Cons

- You are just a number, you do not matter to them because most people do not stay longer than 2-4 months. I made it 3 months. - The calls are scripted and so monotonous. They say you’re required to read verbatim and the script was worded so disrespectfully that I could not read it verbatim, so I used my own verbiage. - you are only allowed to work between 8 PM - 8 AM and are required to work 16+ hours. 5 must be on Saturday and 5 must be on Sunday. Here’s the catch, if it’s slow, they’ll tell you to get off and boot you and if that means you don’t get your hours in then it’s your fault. It’s always your fault. - Team Leads are disrespectful. They speak to you as if you’re a burden or stupid and they’re hard to get ahold of. - The software is so glitchy and half the time doesn’t work. You have to train 3 days in Lindon, UT but it does nothing beneficial. You have to train yourself. They give you a book that is supposed to help you “no matter what”! I only opened the book ever to read the customer service number off to the client. - You are manipulated into believing that you are registering people for events that are hosted by the investors from the Shark Tank and associates. What you are actually doing is gathering their personal information and entering it into a system that then sells the persons information to other telemarketers. The person registering for the event could go to the event without even calling. The event is free and so is the meal but afterwards the clients are heavily pressured into spending thousands of dollars to join this once in a life time money making idea which has so many loop holes that ultimately the client gives up and accepts their loss of money. I have to go wash myself in holy water for allowing myself to participate in a legal scam.
