Small company . Limit on growth. Location is boring.

The Sales Manager was a great man (From 2012). He always had a positive spin on things, Picked your spirit up when you needed it, and gave advice through personal experience. The other employees were extremely helpful and willing to walk you through the processes on what to do with a purchase order and lend a hand on product information .

I personally didn't see any room for growth within the company, but that was from the Sales Executive stand-point. EVERYTHING is tracked and questioned (which isn't a huge deal, it is their company and if it were mine, I would do the same) I was hired as an Account Executive. I was let go before the 3 month mark, that's not to say that it is due to this place being horrible. It just shows that I was not a good sales person.
