So so many cons. I was sexually harassed by my immediate supervisor and when I reported it to HR I was told they were more important to the company than I was. Then my supervisor started denying PTO requests, tried to straight up take my PTO away from me because they don't roll it over. Again I went to HR and her supervisor and they denied it even though I had email evidence. I almost sued them for sexual harassment and retaliation but decided I didn't want that to reflect in my work history when applying for new jobs so I just left. I offered a letter of resignation and they declined it and tried to fire me instead to deny paying out my remaining PTO. I had to show them all the evidence I had collected in order to get them to pay out my PTO and Holiday pay I was owed since my supervisor had required me to work those days.

Pros

Great pay and great managment. Per diems were very appreciated.

Cons

Low staff and at times not enough equipment. Very bad safety precautions.

Pros

Travel & housing (hotel rooms) city to city, state to state.

Cons

Terrible pay. Terrible higher ups, and useless workers hiding in bathrooms when there’s work to be done
