Pros
I loved first working here, great pay, great benefits, and m-f schedule.
Cons
I loved first working here but never felt like I could be myself as I always felt judged from being a young mom to health issues I can't avoid I thought this was going to be my last job that actually became my career but being not in the best health cost me my job here and even though i could of worked from home it wasn't an option even though in my interview after 3/6 months i was told you can transfer remote and after a year i still couldnt and only reason i wanted to was due to my health my best advice to give is just make sure to keep to yourself and just go to work and go home and if your outgoing and different then the ordinary person you might not fit in but who knows things could have changed since ive worked here as i know things are always changing at companies for the most part everyone there i liked working with just don't get on anyones bad side because then everything cahnges but if you can be perfect and not do anything you cant do at church your good this is how i felt and there was away around being able to work remote with my health conditions but instead i wasnt worth the companies time, not much room for growth directly in RMI as many people have been there for years so if your looking to be in payroll thats most likely where you will be and again unless its changed since a year ago there wasn't room for growth really beyond the payroll department.
